We work with the clients' own furnishings, redesigning the spaces to maximize their appeal to a broad target audience.  For some homes, that may mean simplifying and rearranging furniture and decor, while other homes may benefit from a curated supplemental selection of our own furnishings to update and best showcase the home.

For sellers who will be leaving their homes without furniture while it is on the market, we bring life back to the shell.  Vacant homes tend to take longer to sell and often receive lower offers than comparable furnished homes. Many buyers struggle to imagine how furniture and flow would work in the spaces, and that uncertainty diminishes their confidence in placing an offer.

 

We provide furnishings that fit the style and the location of the home, along with decor and artwork from our own curated collection.  We tailor our selections to appeal to the target market, capturing their imagination and creating a connection that says "Yes! This is the home for me!"
